We appreciate the patience and efforts of our customers and suppliers at this time. The outlook and rules are changing daily so any significant changes will be updated here.

Support

We continue to provide full support and all communications methods for contacting us remain unaffacted.

Onsite repairs

As you will know quite a lot can be done remotely. Where an issue occurs where this is not possible we will review the necessity of a site visit and if necessary attend whilst deploying safe working practices. Those will involve revised methods by both ourselves and at the site. In order to therefore facilitate a site visit, if required, will require some revised procedures on your side too.

Suppliers

We continue to be able to stock all equipment and can despatch devices and replacements where necessary via courier. Openreach however have placed a hiatus on any work that involves entering a premises. There is currently very limited methods and options for communicating directly with Openreach staff. This affects the amount of delay it takes us to arrange repairs and also get updates on installations.
